I like using this knife overall, and it does the job fine, but sharpening it has been a little hit or miss for me. It will take an edge, it just does not happen as quickly as I thought it would. Maybe my sharpening skills with a stone are not the best, but my other knives seem easier to touch up. It is still usable and cuts well after I put in some work. Not a bad knife, just not great when it comes to sharpening.

The prices felt fair to me, honestly. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the quality really seems worth it so far.

I’ve been using these for about a year now, the blades are still surprisingly sharp. Delivery took a little longer than I would’ve liked, which was kind of annoying, but the product itself has been solid.

It looks good overall, like the design is clean and modern. But then on some pages I kept feeling like there was just a lot packed in at once. Not bad, exactly, it’s still easy enough to look at, but yeah, a bit crowded here and there.

I really wanted this to work, but the handle gets slippery as soon as it’s even a little wet, which makes chopping feel unsafe. I don’t feel like I have a secure grip, and it left me feeling like just another ticket number when dealing with the issue

The knife was mostly what the site described, so I can’t say it was totally misleading. The only thing was the handle color looked noticeably different in person than it did in the photos. I got this to give as a gift, and the packaging looked really nice. Not much else to explain, it just had that clean, put-together look so it felt good handing it over.

I might be mixing up when I ordered it versus when it actually showed up, but either way, once I had it in my hand I was expecting a little more for the price. The knife looks nice enough and the packaging was fine, just not really that premium feel I thought I was getting from the website.

It cuts okay, and maybe I would’ve felt differently if I hadn’t already been using cheaper knives before this, or after this... I forget which one I bought first. But performance-wise, it doesn’t feel much better than knives I paid less for. Not a bad knife, just not worth the price to me
